There should be a toggle option to have a head piece equipped but to not have it visible, some of those helmets are downright awful.

A bathrobe should definitely be a feastday gift option, though.

Just because your grandmother didn't tell you she's a mage isn't a reason to be hatin' on her garments...

The answer from Greg Zoeller (sp?) back in the day was that it was just too resource intensive to do. To get the seathe right you have to have the right kind of graphical engine. The sword has to naturally slide out of the sheath without clipping, so you need a unique seath model for every model of sure you use. Then you need unique models for dual wielding (unless you just reverse the side of the sheath).

Why would one need a sheath? A better option (and one that existed in the middle ages) would be to have a sword ring (a ring of metal hanging from the belt by a leather thong) or a sword frog (seen here: http://www.a2armory....loop-16-152.jpg). It'd work for axes and hammers too.

But there would probably be clipping issues, and all in all it'd be too difficult to implement.

if the cloaks have hoods/masks let there be a toggle option(always off) and an option to take it of during conversations. (maybe they'll look good or your playing an evil hawke ? but an option there is always good)

Definitely.  They sort of reminded me of dunce caps.  

 Hood attached to the robe or cape the way to go.  And colors, red, blue, dark green.

Cloaks, hoods, or capes!!! sign me up That would be the games main selling point for me. I've yet to play a good medieval / fantasy rpg game that involves cloaks, toggle-able hoodies or animated capes. =(((((

What about bandit masks, like bits of cloth covering the lower half of your face?
