Jack, Jacob, and Tali
Jack because she is just annoying there is only so much teenage angst i can handle before someone is flushed out an airlock, plus i already have 2 better biotics so she is redundant.
Jacob because he is too true blue for me, i feel like i am having a conversation with some Joe Friday throwback, Just the facts man.
Tali because her little miss innocent attitude is kind of wearing another throw back June Cleaver in a tight space suit. Plus Tali has way more fans than any other character so just a bit of dirt to keep her fans honest.

Liara: Boring, she's the dullest character I've seen in a videogame, I'm surprised she has so many fans.
Kaidan: Really boring, he's had the least dialogue, I've never been interested.
Zaeed: Liability

Morinth: Psycho evil, doesn't really suit any of my Shepards.
Grunt: I like him but he hasn't lived long enough to be mourned if he died.
Zaeed: Same as before

Fans are definitely demanding BioWare for Tali and Liara in ME3.
Highly doubt they will die (at least Liara); if Miranda survived the Suicide Mission, she will likely appear in ME3. There's no reason for her to die, unless BioWare makes a plot twist. Tali fans would FREAK if she isn't in ME3. And Liara is needed for the storyline anyway, but it isn't necessary that she be part of the squad if she is still years away from catching the Shadow Broker. So their involvement will be influenced by fan involvement.
I hope Bioware doesn't kill off Garrus in ME3...or if they do, he should go out with a bang. His character development has been really interesting. In ME1, he was a C-Sec guy who didn't agree with unnecessary rules. In ME2, once he was betrayed, rules went out the window. In ME3, will he truely snap?

I think Zaeed and Garrus make an excellent team (from an RP perspective, I don't care about min-maxing), Mordin's hilarious, Tali isn't bad, Jack is kinda cute in a really weird way, Grunt is a duck, Kasumi is alright. Did I miss any?

Jacob and Miranda because they're just Cerberus Leeches hanging onto the Normandy being pointless and they aren't really interesting. And Samara...she's alright but she's a bit pointless and redundant.
In ME1, Kaidan and Ashley for being boring and Liara just for being the one left over.
