Well apart from the incest it would make for a great dichotomy for Hawke, kill the abomination inhabiting your sister's body or try to find a way to remove said abomination safely without it creating too much trouble in the meantime.

Will be for a different reason than god child. The god baby won't be an important aspect of the story for the simple reason that it won't exist in a lot of imported saves.
