I have played through Mass Effect 2 twice now; once as a Paragon Infiltrator, once as a Renegade Adept.
I recently went back to my first (Paragon) playthrough and restarted the final level because I wan't happy with my choice re. the collector base.

Will this mean that I will have two saves that I can import (into ME3) from this playthrough?
If I carry on my playthrough (i.e. do DLC missions) after the final mission, will my actions carry through to ME3?

I think so. When I started ME2, I had two saves from each character, because at the end of ME1 I replayed the final mission twice on each character, making different choices.
