I'm deeply sorry to everyone else but when the dust settles, these are the ones I love the most.
Now I must go and grieve for I lost Tali who was like a little sister to me.

I'm pleased to see most have Garrus on their lists. Heck, I don't know what I would do without him.

2. Liara
3. Mordin
That's a tech, combat, and biotic. One for friendship (Garrus), one for love and getting it on (Liara) and one for entertaining conversations (Mordin).
Close runners up are Thane cause he is a serious badass and Miranda cause of you know what.
Of course if I had a Hanar squadmate they would shoot directly to the top of the list but that's a given.

ME3 has already said the ME1 romance will be included in ME3, so I won't worry about them.
I want saved (from both games)
1) Garrus
2) Legion
3) EDIT: Mordin. Wrex is a smart badass, but Mordin is smart and amusing. He could do more for the team, and Wrex could focus on the clan.

As much as I love Legion, I wouldn't save him in that situation.
Essentially any character who seems like they would be ok in facing their deaths, I would leave behind. Even the cool ones (except Garrus). That includes Wrex, Samara, Jack, Thane, Legion, Grunt, Zaeed; and to some extent Jacob, Kaiden and/or Ashley. Mordin is old, and has lived a full life. Miranda, I don't like. Liara I'm indifferent.

Liara - My LI that I stayed faithful too. With her new "business" she would be great for gaining information.
Garrus - Best mate, good fighter, good tactics.
Miranda - Pretty good leader, good versatility, and by the end of ME2 she seems rather loyal to Shepard.
Of course Miranda was a hard choice, as I was also debating between Tali and Mordin, as I love both those characters as well. But I figured, if there was still a mission to be done, then Miranda might be better. This is for my sentinel character, so it would be lacking combat, but be stacked on biotics and tech.

this is an easy choice.
#1. Urdnot Wrex. the hardest humanoid to kill is a krogan and wrex is the king of all krogans. some here might think grunt is superior to wrex but im not looking for anything purebred. im looking for a #1 here and there isnt a better choice. for those of you that didnt play ME1 and havent met wrex....i feel sorry for you.
#2. Miranda Lawson. its easy to sum up miranda with one word, "booty" but shes got alot more under that skin tight outfit of hers besides TnA. shes superior to all other woman in the entire friggin galaxy and you get to bang her. we should really be thanking bioware for that bottom she has.
#3. Liara T'Soni. two words "EMBRACE ETERNITY!" theres not alot of things better in this world then having sex with blue girls with tentacles for hair. and she can rip your face off with biotics too.
