Ok, i've completed the game twice without a single problem with getting through the main story. On my third playthrough i'm to Orzammar and need to kill Jarvia - I did. Once i killed her an all of her minions, my quest didn't update!!. So i'm basically stuck with an uncomplete quest that i know for sure i completed. I'm not sure if the few last updates did this, but i'm not very happy. If there would only be a way to restart a quest without restarting from level 1 again this wouldn't be such a problem. I sure hope someone can tell me what's wrong and if it's fixable or not. Once again, this is the FIRST time it's happened to me, on my third playthrough, so obviously an update screwed it up. My disc has zero scratches and problems. Please help if you can.

I looted her, nothing was on her besides a weapon and some armor. I checked all the bodies in the room, nothing. I went back through and looted everyone else, nothing.
