for some reason every time i try to resume my game the load screen freezes. it does this for all my characters on all their saves. is there something i can do to fix it? cuz i really dont wanna start new games

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. I'm collecting information so we can (hopefully!) resolve this quickly. Do you have a new Xbox360 slim version, or an older style Xbox360?

Come on! I also have the new Slim but I've had the game since it was released and I can't load any old game or even start a new one!!!! What gives????? Is it a bug or something?

i have the slim and i've tried deleting my cache and redownloading all my dlc but it didnt work

i think it has something to do with th patch that was just released today, i played all night last night and today when i downloaded to patch i cant load my saves at all, i also have a 360 slim but im not sure what that has to do with the problem

Hello, I posted this in another thread and will re-paste here for your benefit:



So far the problem is restricted to the new Xbox360 Slim and from what I've been able to tell, some late-model Xbox360 Elites. We are in contact with Microsoft and are working hard on this problem. I'll keep monitoring the board for posts, but as soon as we have an update I'll be sure to pass it along.

If you want to play your game, go to the memory setting on your dashboard, hit the Y button for system options and then clear your system Cache, it will say that it is doing system maintenance. Now play dragon age but do NOT accept to download the update, you will have to play offline until they release a new system update that will not cause these issues.
