Ohgren is the staff favorite and even though the majority of the public has reacted negatively towards Oghren they seem like Lucas still ready to try and force him down our throats.

Kaiser, everyone hates Jar Jar whatever from Star Wars. Oghren has held a similar position in DAO.

Bioware hilariously followed the wrong logic for including Oghren: We'll take the character everyone groups with the least - ie. the character folks probably dislike the most - and stick him in the expansion so he can grow on people some more. It could have been good if they fleshed out his character more and gave him some wider appeal, but Oghren actually became more one-dimensional in the expansion! Even worse! Hahaha.
