PHASE THREE: TEAR DOWN

Characters come into this round with their totals from the previous round, all eliminated characters remain eliminated. Each player on their turn can spend 4 points hurting characters on the list. A player can spend all 4 on hurting one character, 1 point each to hurt 4 separate characters, or any range in-between. There is no healing in this round. This round will last two weeks, after which if there are more than ten characters remaining the
game will continue until it reaches eight survivors. Once the round ends the characters will be ranked depending on when they were eliminated or, if there are survivors at the end, in order of the points they have left.

This round will end on August 20 at 9:30AM EST/GMT-4.

Not my first choice, but one of my top three. I couldn't lose since I wanted either Viconia, Edwin, or Mazzy to win and they *all* made it into the top three. As far as HoH games go I never had success like I did in this one. Of course, I would have preferred Jan Jansen or Nalia de'Arnise, but neither even made it into the game.

aaaaannnnd the finale..

Viconia opens with a casting of Harm, taking out the stalwart halfling paladin Mazzy. Though Mazzy does manage to get in minor strike against her slayer just before her death. And out of the shadows comes Edwin... he manages a time stop then unleashes his full arsenal of spells against the drow cleric. The time stop fades and Viconia finds herself subject to magic missiles, a fireball, and a comet! Tu'suun she spits. Edwin turns from the battle field... what's that he's muttering?

Edwin: "Tedious monkey work."

Had I had my way Imoen would have died long before.

I think Imoen is reaching a point where more players remember her with fond nostalgia than her less admirable qualities. Maybe she can place first in another ten years.

That could well be ... . Thinking back at some games I played that are by now that far back I can only really remember the grand scope of these games but not thenitty grtiity details.

About Imoen, I like her with her good and bad qualities. I've only played BG1 once and BG2 twice through (and dozens of games never finished) though, but I can't imagine getting bored of her.

Yeah!!!! Edwina was my second choice to win and Jon my first. My Bhaal boosting was in hopes of protecting the other "evil" characters. Sadly other Jon supporters didnt leave Bhaal around long enough to protect Jon, but I am actually happy with the results. Off to the next HoH where I am sure to fall like tears in rain.
