There cant be two Hawkes in the same game it will be too odd, I mean think about it why will Hawke talk to his sister using her first name and her calling her own brother by his last name?

Lots of people go around being referred to by their surnames and still have siblings.
Bethany may have a nickname for Hawke, or refer to her/him as "brother/sister". As for the romances, the wise thing to do is start being vague about names once they get romantic. Just "dear", "darling", "sweeta**", or some such.
