Right, this is officially odd. I've got all the DLC up to this point and the 1.01 patch when I notice the 1.02 patch and the Aegis pack. After downloading the two, I go to install them but an error pops up saying "Mass Effect 2 is not installed. Please install and try again." Yes it is installed, I've just been playing it for the past hour. This is on Windows 7.
