In the script on Drearing's Deep after I liberated it, it says I also claimed an important artifact as well.   Aargh!  I  have nothing significant in my inventory and I swear I searched under every rock.  I did however sell off some of the stuff I collected that my pc could either not use (fighter) or which was no better than what I was I already had.  What are they referring to?

The only item(s) I can think of are the two black pearls that can be placed on the altar of the second level (up) that will each imbue a melee weapon.  Maybe you sold those?  They bring a tidy sum and look just like sapphires.

Was it the gnome that reported the information about the artifact to you?

Then there is the Crystal of Undeath from releasing deva Lavoera  Maybe that's the artifact?  Dunno.

okay, I still have the pearls - didn't upgrade anything so perhaps I can still to that and still have the crystal of undeath - Deeken was carrying it - so phew, I havn't mucked up. Thanks for your reply.
