How do I go about changing the stats on Cailan's armor to match that of say the Sentinel armor? This is my favorite armor but it seems too underclassed in Awakening. Any help would be appreciated.

You want it to be a mod, or a simple edit in the toolset?

I suppose a simple toolset solution would work. I haven't done much with the toolset so I don't know how simple that would be compared to a mod. Thanks for the response.

I think the best solution would be to recreate the .uti files in the toolset and simply have them overwrite the RtO one's.
You're going to need to get the tag's for the .uti files from the RtO .erf, which may be somewhat difficult since it's encrypted. (I know there's a way to do it but I've never done it myself) Then you're going to have to set the proper appearance in the toolset. Cailin's armour is likely some sort of custom tint, I'd suggest looking at the Ostagar area in the toolset and seeing if you can't find the King in the world. From there you should be able to see his inventory and thus track down the item tags (these are likely different from the RtO ones) which will help you find the specific .uti's in the toolset itself. Which should give you a relative idea of how to get the visual appearance of the armour. (I'd suspect RtO uses the same settings, but it could very well not do so.)
You can get the icons from the RtO .erf as well. You should be able to edit your exported .uti files by dragging them into the Toolset and then changing the Icon from there to match the name of the appropriate .dds. (You won't be able to select it properly from the toolset, unless of course there is a way to extract it from the encrypted .erf) For example, you could pick a placeholder image in the toolset such as ico_boots_heavy.dds and then when you open up the .uti in the toolset (after exporting) you change ico_boot_heavy.dds to the name of the appropriate .dds. For the sake of example let's say it's ico_boot_cailin.dds. Then you just save the exported .uti and then theoretically it should work.
If you need any clarifications just ask, I'm sure my post is a little convoluted.

In Origins, King Cailan is wearing the Gold Chevalier Armor set, which looks identical to the armor in RtO.

This sounds confusing since I have never used the toolset. I will take a look though.
