My old email adress becomes invalid soon and i want to transfer my DA:O game promotions to another account. How can I do that? Ist it possible to fuse accounts?

Provided you have only one EA account you should actually be able to just change the e-mail address. Entitlements are attached to the EA account itself, not your e-mail address. The FAQ explains how.
