It would make sense for there to be at least dialog with Miranda, as she is tied to this story via the Redemption comic...I wonder if she will have any?

Yup, I believe I recall the same being said, and its true really.

Still, hopefully this is A) A large "expansion" like folks here hope it is, and the start of content aimed at the folks who have completed the game. (Surely thats the case, as killing the SB removes Liaras reason for not joining you on the mission in the first place.)

Liked all the DLC so far but this looks like it will best them. Any new ME2 is exciting for me, especially if it's tied into a character or previous plot point as this is.

My guess is it will be similar to Overlord in length and probably will have you going to a few different areas (maybe even new planets) investigating The SB before discovering him/her/its identity and location as the final mission.

Yeah, but it's just as bad if it's just ignored. Imagine Shepard and Liara, together again, and they don't show any kind of personal feelings for eachother, nor express anything. That would be horrible.

Well obviously they can work that in during cutscenes, but I'm just saying it would mess up the continuity for people who don't play the DLC if you can bring her back to your ship and engage in relationship again.

Hopefully we might learn more in the future that suggets something. If Liara and Shepard are the only ones who talk in terms of player and allies, this is going to be another standard expansion type, probably like Overlord.



If squadmates have things to say though, that might be a sign that its something much bigger than what has been released so far.

Yes, though, they will have to provide another reason for her not joining us again at the end of the DLC, I think...

I'm happy of the new DLC but saddened at the same time. The ME1 romance with the most air time is getting more air time in a DLC fully devoted to her, it's like the others don't exist!



Not that I wasn't expecting this considering how the other ME1 romances were able to die.

Well, she won't rejoin the Normandy, because then it has to be canon at the start of ME3, plus there wouldn't be a point in having her on the ship if the game is already over.

They said they would be starting post endgame DLC soon, didnt they? Hopefully this is kicking it off.

I can't wait to see who the mysterious shadow broker really is and it's also nice that we will be teaming up with Liara again

That's what I'm thinking...so she will need another excuse to not join Shepard.

If we don't find Feron, that will be the excuse.
If we do find him, she'll probably say she needs to absorb all the Shadow Broker's data.

Possible.  I think it will most likely have to do with data, since that's Liara's specialty.
