No, it's still there...the fifth announcement down.

I'm hoping that both Feron and Tazzik will feature in this DLC in some substantial way, but I'm not expecting it. The absolute worst case scenario is that we discover Feron's corpse, and Tazzik's role is limited to a non-voiced boss battle. I'd hate that.

I want both characters to enjoy full speaking roles!

Hmmm, would it not be an interesting plot twist if Tazzik, upon discovering the true identity of the Shadow Broker, is so disgusted with it's abhorrent nature, and ultimate goal and motives that he decides to betray his employer, and assist Shepard in attempting to take it down?

I'm quite interested in what we will discover about the Shadow Broker. Liara believes that it is a bad, menacing and malevolent enough entity to warrant spending a significant part of her life attempting to destroy, so I get the impression that we will find out something truly awful and abhorrent about it.

Ah, glad to see that there is still a ShadowBroker thread out here now that the other one is shut down.

I too am looking forward to seeing what we will discover about the Shadow Broker. Overlord had a great story and very emotional ending so I'm sure that this DLC won't disappoint.

I'm kind of curious what Feron will look and sound like...when I read the comics, I always read his dialog in Thane's voice.  In my head, of course...not out loud.

Ok, this made me chuckle  ^_^

Ya know what'll be messed up, if the shadow broker somehow seperated you from Liara on the mission and the shadow broker contacted you and cut you a deal.

Shepard: What the.. where the hell am I?

SB: Why hello shepard, never thought we'd meet again.

Shepard: Let me guess, you're the shadow broker.

SB: By reputation, but enough about me I've come to cut you a deal........

Shepard: I'm listening.

Later on.....

Liara: Sheaprd! Are you alright where were you?

Shepard: The Shadow Broker seperated me. He, she or they wanted to talk.

Liara: What did he say, did you get a clue to where he's hiding?

Shepard: Liara watch out!

Liara turns around

POW!!

Shepard: For that bullet in your head...... +70 Renegade points

Lmao
Garrus "Shepard what have you done"
Shepard 'I made a deal with the devil garrus, She dies I go free"
Garrus "We all have choices to make" slowly readies his snipr rifle
Shepard "It's a damn shame"
Shepard pulls the trigger, Garrus blocks it and takes him out. The garrus is carrying liara out..........

I wanna see Liara kick some ass in this dlc.

Nope you're completely wrong.....way beyond absolutely wrong. I can't say more than that without posting major spoilers of the upcoming DLC.

Yes, that would be messed up, especially since he's more likely to cut Liara a deal.  The SB is still very likely to be after Shep's body to give to the Collectors.

SB: If I told you you had a sexy body, would you hold it against me?
femShep: For that, a bullet to the groin ..... +200 Paragon points!
;)

I didn't say I would do it, geezz... but it would be awesome to have a boss fight with Liara alone.

I wonder if this DLC will at last give us the opportunity to challenge TIM over lying about Liara, and telling Shepard that she cannot be trusted?

Lying, manipulative psycho!

Nah, TIM's out of the picture baby!  I told him to shove it, right after I blew that Collector base sky high!

Oh yeah, that's very true...

Well, let's hope that we are able to leave a burning bag of dog mess on his front doorstep! That's what the jerk gets for lying about Liara!

On a related note, I really do hope that this DLC is post-suicide mission. It would make the most sense from a story perspective that way.

Guys, there is a chance that the DLC could be ONLY pre-SM? Because in my actual playtrough (this is the third) i haven't done yet the suicide mission. I would like to do that mission before i go on holiday saturday if there are no risks, so if the DLC will be post-SM i will be able to play it immediately when i'll return at home.

There is a rumor that it is playable pre or post. There is also a rumor that it is only playable post. We just don't know.

At a guess, though, I'd say it will be playable at any time.

Bioware learnt their lesson with post playable content with 'Bring down the Sky' and 'Pinnacle station'. Players were forced to do a NG+ with their Shep to get these events with their primary character.  They wont make the mistake of doing it again...

Those rumors, We have dismissed these claims. All dlc is playbel post sm and after. Until they start making dlc that takes place after sm I would guess.

I really hope this is a Post SM one, so they can do stuff with Liara, and not have complications within the SM parameters, aka them dying

I believe this DLC is another "stand-alone story" DLC that can take place before or after the Suicide Mission.

You kill the Shadow Broker with Liara and she goes back to Illium and basically becomes the new Shadow Broker, using all his resources and information that was left behind after his death.

Well, for all those who're going to play it after suicide mission because they don't want to start yet another playthrough it would be kinda pointless if it was about Shepard's body being turned over to the Collectors, no?

Still hyped, btw.
