Lair of the Shadow Broker- Liara DLC Announced

On Topic, I will not be surprised if TIM sends you the information....He seems to know these sort of things. The Shadow Broker is an enemy of Cerberus, so any information that might lead to TSB being attacked is good for TIM.
I just hope the reaction from Liara is worth it, im betting that TSB will become a puddle of biotic sludge. She will flay him/her/them with her mind.

Ill have to agree with Les for 2 reasons.
1) BW says they have something they are not going to spoil. These guys arent dumb they know about the leaked audio files and such.
2) Chirs said something about not pulling another Kasumi with this pack, and they have learned their lesson as BW.
And besides if it was like Kasumi why wouldnt they just use it right away and get it out of the way and done. People wanted this pack so why release overlord and then LoTSB. Doesnt make sense. I for one havent heard them, thank god, I dont want to hear them and have it spoiled, again thank god but I think I remember the kasumi ones were in a folder for the kasumi DLC, these were in a delete folder. Aka, they had it ready then decided to delete it. Why, who knows maybe to change it up.
1) They said THEY won't spoil a FEATURE.
a) The audio files can only be spoiled by modders and hackers hence BioWare won't have spoiled anything.
2) Chris lies all the time.....I've been on these boards for over 3 years now and I KNOW that unless Chris is making an announcement exactly as directed by somebody else chances are he's lying. A what does not pulling another Kasumi mean anyway? Is he referring about the lack of interaction with the character due to a lack of actually being able to talk to her after her recruitment, people didn't like the hood or what? You can refer to many things about Kasumi. Not to mention that kasumi's sound files didn't spoil anything related to her quest just the fact she existed, and the sound files of liara's DLC already failed at preventing knowledge that she would get a DLC.
Beyond that why wouldn't it make sense to release Overlord before LotSB? Overlord was just a mostly action DLC with a bit of minimal story and one morally complex choice but overall nothing too complex. Liara's DLC is based on a favorite party member so they need to give this DLC more attention in terms of development, duration, rewards and character interaction.

Hah! --- that is just so cool you knew this.
DS9 Rules.
One of my favorite episodes was with the cardassian guy that was pretending to be the consentration camp General and Kira wanted him killed for war crimes when he really was a file keeper instead.
Or Dr. Bahsir's attempt to cure the blight on that one planet.
Ahhh the 90's. What a great time for Sci Fi.
And then they gave us "Enterprise" which I never completely watched and I can't say I'm unhappy about it.
"In the Pale Moonlight" is my favorite episode. Sisko and Garek (the most unlikely of partners in crime) absolutely shine in that episode. Sisko is on the absolute edge of a knife of his own making, it was more like watching theater than a tv episode. And Sisko's words near the end are were so chilling that I could barely believe that they came out his mouth-
"So... I lied. I cheated. I bribed men to cover the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But the most damning thing of all is I think I can live with it. And if I had to do it all over again, I
would."
Now everyone loves to beat up on Enterprise but you have to understand that by this time (two decades of ST series and films) Berman and Behr were both creatively exhausted and tapped out of fresh ideas. Enterprise perhaps shouldn't have happened, but Berman definitely shouldn't have been doing most of the writing as evidenced by the poorer stories near the end of Voyager's run.
Enterprise didn't have a very memorable cast but they did produce a few gems, just not many of them. Mostly Enterprise was about Archer drowning everyone in his "human" self-rigteousness.

People were arguing that Bioware is milking ME fans by separately releasing the content that was supposed to be in the game all along (and bringing up Kasumi audio as a case in point). Chris said something to the effect of "no, we aren't doing that, we only left that audio in there because we didn't realise people would find it, but we won't repeat the same mistake again". But most likely that just means they won't include parts of DLC content in their future games. And since LotSB audio is already there, that doesn't really mean anything about it.Darth_Trethon wrote...

So if they do bring back Hale, Meer and Hillis to re-record that whole thing from scratch, that's gonna be awesome, but Chris never said anything to confirm or deny that (or anything else for that matter).

Why should Tali have dialogue with Liara? They never spoke to each other, unless you count elevator rides.
From a meta-perspective, it can be assumed that they both spoke to each other during all those months serving on the same ship, even if we never see this.

Yes you can say elevator rides. But they obviously know each other its not like "Oh hey who are you" "My name is Liara, you?" But we're also talking about dialogue with the SB. Since Tali had business with SB in the 1st game.

I doubt it really.
Maybe they might have a stock few phrases that they use for N7 missions, but unless Bioware has carefully covered up that this is a truly HUGE expansion, I think there is no chance whatsoever.
Well, either that or if they are in the process of making a truly huge expansion and had the voice actors performing lines for this DLC as well as something bigger.
I dont care much myself though. Ive got other things Id rather see than have Liara acknowledge other characters.

Id rather see Liara acknowledge the romance over acknowledging people she hasnt seen or heard from for over two years.
Or simply just have Liara acknowledge the mission itself more through lots of dialogue. Really, is there enough justification if its a smaller DLC pack as opposed to a large expansion to somehow work a brief dialogue between Liara and specific characters? While there is nothing wrong with thinking so certainly, I cant say it bothers me that much.

Isn't that the episode where Sisko is recording a journal entry, and ends it with "But the safety of the Federation is more important the the integerity of one officer. Computer, delete entry" Then the screen goes blank?
