I will buy this DLC if I can riddle Liara with all 560 rounds of my revanant assualt rifle and then have celebration sex with ashley, >;p

But as I said before I hope the new assualt rifle is another LMG maybe a more accurate and powerful REV but with less rounds? If not then Im aure if its better then the Vidicator Ill give it to my team to use.

I think those new guns are more like improved versions of existing weapons, like the Eviscerator is for the krogan shotgun: almost as powerful, but more shots in the clips.

but yeah anyways KILL THE ASARI DLC PLEASE ooooo maybe a shove liara into the SR2 trash compactor while zaeed tells another boreing story dlc? totally WOULD BUY THAT

you know that joke was a really low one, as low as below-the-belt-ones IF that was supposed to be a joke not an insult............
you do know some people would treat it as insult straightforward right?.....
but if someone is making THAT kind of "jokes" -there is probably no point in explaining it to them as they will: ignore it/don't understand it/turn into a joke/flame/bash/all of the above/other *pick one*

At a guess, I'd assume the new AR is just an upgraded automatic assault rifle. ME2 doesn't really have any of these - you've got the Avenger, but the damage on that is so bad that it's offensive, the GPR, which is only available on certain difficulties and carries a bizarre mix of additions (such as variable rates of fire and SMG-like stats), the Vindicator, which isn't really an assault rifle at all, and the Collector Assault Rifle - which has a really low fire rate and looks like a prawn.

Oh yeah, and the Revenant, which is less Assault Rifle and more Autocannon. Not that that's a bad thing, but not much good for non-modding non-soldiers.

It would be nice to have something comparable to the Spectre X AR.

But I'd also be happy with it being a heavy-hitting rifle opposed to a rapid or burst fire weapon. It looks a beast, either way.

I like guns with lots of ammo. Don't know why.

We already have a heavy hitting rifle in the Vindicator. Sure, its burst, but it does a lot of precise damage.

thats why i say another lmg either a harder hitting rev or a more accurate rev that would be awesome

if not then if it is at least better then the vindicator i can give it to my squadies, though i have to say Garus using the new sniper rifle owns legion with the widow any day, its like a assualt rifle sniper cross bred of death in his three fingered hands

Yah. Like I mentioned before, we could really use some weapons equivalent to the Spectre X line in ME1. We already have the Locust, Widow and Eviscerator as rough analogues to the Spectre X Pistol, Sniper Rifle and Shotty. Now we need something like the Spectre AR.

The only ARs worth using are the Vindi and the Revenant, and neither are really ARs.
