The enemies Shepard is fighting in the latest screens look like humans, but are they SB's thugs or are they Cerberus? I checked the Cerberus armour and it's a similar color scheme but not exactly the same. If they are SB's thugs, then the fact that he/she is hiring humans might be a clue to their race.

Also, while the soldiers in the screens are human, Feron, Tazzik, and Nixeris also worked for the Shadow Broker at a much higher level than these thugs.

2. Elcor who played Hamlet

3. The refund guy

4. Niftu Cal, the biotic god

One of them has to be the shadow broker.
