But anyway, this may just be staged to have all the ME1 characters in the picture, and I don't know if it's been mentioned, but there are 4 people in that first screen: Sheperd, Tali, Garrus and Liara. Assuming Tali and Garrus are the squad members, could that mean that Liara doesn't actually join you?
