I remember the Liara DLC was announced at around 5PM GMT, which is about 1 hour 20 minutes time. Possibility of more info regarding the Liara DLC being released then, perhaps?

Doubt it.
We'll probably hear more about the Liara DLC in a couple of weeks. For any news on if the European issues are being resolved, you'll have to wait until then.
Either that or BioWare will retain their silence and say nothing more other than "we're sorry".

Well colour me surprised they haven't bothered to put the DLC up for the PC yet ......... why am I not shocked in the least bit about this ? could it be the fact with every single DLC that has been released the PC has had to wait hours later than xbox users.
It is amazing that we can put men on the moon (no silly conspiracy theories please) but Bioware just can't seem to release the DLC together on BOTH platforms.
Still it means I won't have to buy the Liara DLC because by the time the PC actually gets it you will find Xbox users will have played it twice and told us everything that happened.

I'm sure it was always planned... Liara was a favorite from the first game, and I'm sure they knew there would be a high demand to have some of her story fleshed out.

I dunno call me picky but I believe it is only fair that the content should be available for PC gamers and Xbox 360 gamers AT THE SAME TIME. Both versions are clearly ready yet for some reason Bioware always delays the PC DLC release for a considerable number of hours after the Xbox 360 version.
If the PC dlc was released earlier than the xbox dlc I would be complaining too (even though I don't have an xbox) it is just plain decent behaviour to ensure everyone has access to this content at the same time.
