well then that seems like a petty big disservice to fans from the first one. I myself was really looking forward to seeing Liara and Shepards relationship playout in ME2 and was highly disappointed. Now you're telling me it was all just a plan to get more money out of the faithful?

Still going to get it but seems like we've been had.

OH and Miranda's father is the Shadowbroker

I dunno call me picky but I believe it is only fair that the content should be available for PC gamers and Xbox 360 gamers AT THE SAME TIME.  Both versions are clearly ready yet for some reason Bioware always delays the PC DLC release for a considerable number of hours after the Xbox 360 version.

If the PC dlc was released earlier than the xbox dlc I would be complaining too (even though I don't have an xbox) it is just plain decent behaviour to ensure everyone has access to this content at the same time.

Did you not read my post? Microsoft run the servers that all Xbox360 related content is on. They flip the switch for when content is live for download and/or purchase. BioWare have full control over PC releases, since they (or EA) host the servers.

Two different people, two different times.

I am pretty sure that in this day and age both Microsoft and Bioware can arrange for a simultaneous release of this content on BOTH platforms. But yet again people are finding excuses for Bioware (why am I not surprised).

Hey Bioware next time tell Microsoft to release the DLC on a particular date and at a particular time and then ensure the PC DLC is on the server ready at the same time. Seriously how hard can that be eh ?

Just like how Microsoft didn't accidentally put up the entire catalogue of pre-order bonus DLC for free on LIVE...oh, wait...

Basic essence of DLCs is in making more money for something that could be in the main game from the start and for free. And it´s not only problem of ME, I´m talking about all nowadays games with DLCs.
Just look how well are selling some lame weapon packs that should be in game from start. That´s just ridiculous.

But thats just my opinion, no need to spread it around.

What Microsoft did or did not do is not the issue here. This is Bioware's content it is now available for xbox ME 2 players but not available for PC ME 2 players. If Microsoft are screwing things up then it is Bioware's responsibility to ensure that Microsoft doesn't screw up with their content again.

The content has now been available to xbox users for FOUR HOURS now, meanwhile PC users are twiddling their thumbs. Is Bioware that incompetent that it can't think "hm perhaps we should get the PC version up on the servers now".

Admittedly this is just a weapons pack so it isn't that much of an issue.  However it will be an issue with the Shadow Brokers DLC, by the time PC users get access to the damn DLC xbox users will have played it 4 damn times.

Or get on with your life...

Would you rather it came out later for everyone at the same time, or for XBOX when it is ready...

you are unhappy about a release that is only a few hours late? jeez you have high standards. Think of it this way. You have your ENTIRE life to play this DLC as much as you want so I doubt a few hours and/or even days is going to make much of a difference...

Really, you can't wait a few more hours?  And what's with the anti-bioware sentiment?  They produce some cool new stuff like this (which you obviously want) and all you can do is slag them off.

Well, the release of Firepower today shows that we won't have to expect LotSB for at least until Semptember. If it's gonna be released this very month, I will be (pleasantly) surprised.

Actually I am not that bothered about the weapons pack what concerns me is that this will happen with the shadow broker DLC. It is just decency and common sense to release the DLC packs for both platforms AT THE SAME TIME. Now are you guys really trying to say that Microsoft and Bioware are unable to do this "simple" thing.

OMG FOUR HOURS, Such a long time to wait. OMGOMGOMG I gonna hyperventilate.

Hey that rhymes, cool,

Now you do realize it is only 10 AM in Edmonton, where Bioware is stationed, and usually they release content at 12 noon MST, so in 2 hours. Who cares if there is a six hour time difference, if you have time just to wait around for the DLC then lucky you for having free time. But can you honestly say to Bioware that its such a big deal that one platform gets it 6 hours before the other, especially if its just weapons, and there are no spoilers to be had.

In 6 hours xbox users can have completed the Shadow Broker DLC and spread spoilers all over the place. I know this is just weapons DLC but this ALWAYS happens and it will happen with the Shadow Broker DLC too. I really cannot believe I am being criticised for high lighting this ridiculous situation where xbox users get the content some considerable time before PC users.

I guess on here we are not allowed to say a single bad thing about Bioware ?

Hoping to have 3 squadmates for this DLC...

However, it's probably going to go: "I have to go do something alone all stealthy while you deal with the [insert enemies here]. I'll meet with you later."

Just change that to a way Liara would say it, and I think that's how the mission will work. REALLY hoping she'll be a teammate afterwords though! ^.^

Ive got a good way to avoid spoilers, dont read the forums, just check the DLC page. And I cant remember the Kasumi DLC being late for PC, and/or the Overlord one. Hm maybe I just didnt care enough. However both of those werent spoiled for me because I didnt read the forums until I finished it.
