People do realize miranda has more than biotics right? and shields make biotics a joke

Yes. I then explained how the fact that they have not been completed could easily been handwaved away, and Liara could provide a brief explanation of the situation between her and the Shadow Broker prior to the start of the DLC.

Why is it an absolute necessity that the two quests be completed before the DLC is triggered? Neither on them have any kind of profound story influence.

Because if that was the case it would render those two quests useless, and there would be no need for them to be in game. I'm fairly certain that you'll have to do those two quests before that pops up. You won't even know she's trying to take down the Shadow Broker without talking to her about her problems, thus triggering the quests.

Don't know who it was anymore but i believe it is at Omega when someone tells you that Asari Commandos are the best and strongest fighters in the galaxy, and it is a good thing that there are so few of them
and look for example at Aria T'Loak who had beaten Patriarch 
i doubt  that Miranda could manage on her own


Edit: Aria tells you she's an ex Asari Commando amunst other things

People seem to think miranda is an ordinary human that just works for cerebrus..she is humanity at it's peak in everyway! her genetic modification wasn't just for her butt she is just as skilled with a gun as shepard, zaeed, or jacob would be (only reason she can't use assualt rifle ingame is devs stated didn't look good with her model)
And there's no indication to believe that enyala was a better biotic than miranda all she had was a big ass shotgun and a tough attitude

Miranda would beat the livivng **** out of enyala...it's a fact

Biotics are overrated and Miranda has enhanced genes (improved reflexes, faster healing).  Besides Thane took out a few Asari commandos with ease when you recruit him.

Jack is arguably the most powerful biotic in the galaxy by far (not even samara can take on 3 heavy mechs with a fist) I doubt even shepard could take jack down in a one on one fight

Since Jack and Samara are the only one strong enough to hold the biotic barrier therefore their biotics are the strongest.  Miranda is probably the 3rd strongest biotic on the squad.  If Enyala was so good then TIM would've given you a dossier.

Hell, Legion is a far better Tech than Tali and a very good sniper but TIM didn't give you a dossier on him
so that doesn't fly

Miranda is Genetically modified super human with the best training money can buy...enyala is an asari with a shotgun and we have no indication of any real talents

Then why is there audio of her talking about the quests as if they weren't done yet, but when the Shadow Broker is dead?

Plus, you can ask Liara what she's up to and she tells you that she's after the Shadow Broker before you even ask "What can I do to help?" meaning the 2 quests are still optional most likely not required for the DLC.
