I think it's only 2. Anyway I don't think thta we will get a more detailed answer. This can't be a programming issue. As a sw developer I can't believe that localization can be an issue. Nothing strange about it. They gave an original response to the issue (regardless of it being good enough for you and others), and haven't spoken about the DLC at all in general since.
You wont get any response any earlier than when they actually detail the DLC itself, which will probably be in later August. Hopefully there will be good news with it for those fans left hanging out to dry.

I just can't imagine what the problem could be.
That sounds reasonable, but why did it work for prevoius DLCs? I don't think that they change the engine of the game. They add extra content and probably a patch. But a patch is made for fixing bugs or support new features but not for remove existing ones.Kenrae wrote...

I just can't imagine what the problem could be.
I know it sounds implausible, but the languages with problems are latin-2 languages. Yeah, I know, it's too basic to be that problem but I don't see what else it could be.

As far as I know, the decision of whether or not you gave the Shadow Broker the Cerberus files isn't tracked/checked. In other words, it's like it never happened. I don't have proof or anything, but people say it's not one of the decisions counted in the save editor, and therefore automaticallly assume it to be neglected.joriandrake wrote...

people forget the Shadowbroker was named quite a lot in ME1, ever since the Citadel early in game, and there were quite a lot of missions related to him, one of the decisions you were able to make in the game was also related to it, where you either gave info out about Cerberus's base location or not
My greatest fear for the DLC is that they downplay the Shadowbroker and forget about the previous choices/missions made regarding it, also I fear the DLC will have it as the average "dungeon lord" boss whom you have to fight at the end and kill, and that's it.
It is not as if I took it seriously, it is that I fear others will, or that you plant bad ideas into the mind of the developersKenrae wrote...

I hope once the "Shepard Saga" ends after ME3 Bioware will use the latest engine/rules they come up with in ME3 and release a combined single game where you can play through from ME1 to ME3 in a single campaign so that every single decision matters and immersion is unbroken even for the time to transfer save files

Your probably right. If they actually did kill Liara over that it would really be going overboard. Its gonna sting however when Liara finds out Im with Tali now. Not sure I would of done it agian if I knew she helped get my body back but hey what are you gonna do? Im happy with Tali.
