Sorry, couldn't resist. For all of those who are painfully eating their own body parts in excitement already, I suggest the same therapy that's worked for me pretty well, too: start another playthrough. =)

I did.....and finished my adept playthrough yesterday. Now what?


They should really throw us a friggin bone here. If not a trailer, at least a couple of more screenshots or sumtin'.

They seem to announce something a month before release, throw in a couple of screens with new weapons that are sold in a separate dlc pack (lol) and then......NOTHING! until the content is released. At least they could do, is give us a release date to look forward to.

i just might do that, seems like the best idea i've heard so far 
since this silence on BW's part is driving me nuts:P

No, it will release this month, especially if Bioware follows their usual MO for DLC expansions by announcing it the previous month before it's available.   It's been nearly 20 days since it was announced, it's coming THIS month.

Also, we shouldn't expect any revealing trailers or hints if this turns out to be the major event that I think it's going to be.  

We're either going to be heartbroken with Liara's death or elated at her joining the Normandy squad.

I hope 24th, I get back from Disney on the 21st and that would be a great way to bring myself back into the game. Of course, there's a part of me that hopes they force the player to have a finished gamesave, making it clear they're now in the period of "bridge content" instead of just normal DLC.

Dont worry... Liara wont die, the whole reason she doesn't join you is really because BioWare said they want her alive in the 3rd game and didn't want her dead during the suicide mission. Liara must have a big part in ME3  same goes for Ash/Kaidan

Dont worry... Liara wont die, the whole reason she doesn't join you is really because BioWare said they want her alive in the 3rd game and didn't want her dead during the suicide mission. Liara must have a big part in ME3  same goes for Ash/Kaidan

i guess the only way to be certain of this is when we finished this DLC but i believe that you are correct
i highly doubt the would Liara:wub: die:happy:

Yes, plus, this is optional content.  Some won't play it, and some can't play it (Eastern European countries).

Imagine those people firing up ME3, only to then see that their fave character or LI died in an optional DLC that they didn't or couldn't even play.

Yeah I always found it funny when people start talking about killing characters or ending an storylines (aka Morrigan's) in the form of DLC. Unless its an major expansion (or no direct sequel planned ex. Fallout 3) they are not going to be ending major plots or characters in an $5 or $10 DLC.
