Yeah I always found it funny when people start talking about killing characters or ending an storylines (aka Morrigan's) in the form of DLC. Unless its an major expansion (or no direct sequel planned ex. Fallout 3) they are not going to be ending major plots or characters in an $5 or $10 DLC.

Yes, plus, this is optional content.  Some won't play it, and some can't play it (Eastern European countries).

Imagine those people firing up ME3, only to then see that their fave character or LI died in an optional DLC that they didn't or couldn't even play.

They will get an email in the game.

So you are assuming that nothing will happen in the bridge DLC between ME2 and 3 that will hold any real implications? I'm sorry but that's either pessimism, or wishful thinking. Bioware seem very intent on giving their DLC actual weight this time around.

I hope they give some weight to it too in ME3.  More 'weight' than BDtS received (I think you just got an email).

They could always assume a 'default' ending to LotSB for those that did not play it.

While I agree it is annoying to not hear any news, can you really blame Bioware?



They used to announce release dates for DLC modules, and when these were delayed even slightly, people freaked out and threatened to burn down Bioware's Edmonton office.

Haha yeah. I woke up this morning and saw the date on my phone, Tuesday Aug. 10. I was like that can't be right.
