Is it possible for BioWare to just release the DLC altogether, without further announcements or info? Like they do with weapon packs, for example?

well my guess is that it would not be technical because there is very little difference in programing between way the versions released in the americas and the ones released in central europe. the only difference is the translation of text and audio.

Let's add to this that the English subtitle text is actually included to the PC version, just disabled. What is even more funny: there is no Hungarian X-box version,  Hungarian X-box players are playing with the English version  What kind of "technical issue" they can suffer, this is mistery.

The problem Bioware did not recognize: many gamers in Hungary is just "domesticated", meaning started to buy the games instead using the the cracked version.  I already met more than one (actually 2  ) people, who decided not to buy the Mass Effect 3, instead going back to play as..um, let's say as renegades.  They said: htey started  to buy and wanted to buy, but why to care at all, if you are not handled in a fair way.

As for me: I was 100% sure playing the Old Republc MMO. Now I'm not so sure. I also tried to lure a few WOW playing friends to play the Bioware MMO, and give the SWTOR at least a try. Let's just say my marketing work for them suffered a big step backward. (Actually I became kind of a target of a mockery from the Blizzard fans, if you know what I mean. I do not like it.  Mass Effect 3? I will probably buy it, just will make sure I have a full Mass Effetc 2 file mirroring my choices.   I also deleted Dragon Age 2 from my "must to get" list.

So maybe, just maybe,  to accept a small loss (or minimal gain)  for a DLC could prevent  more serious damage in the future.

The community even could help if that would be the problem.  If they do not cut little loss for perhaps

And BTW: the quality issues: there is a review
in Hungary wich gives 9.5 to the X-box and 7 for the PC version. What is the
only reason to give significantly less points? The PC version has the terrible translation. So if you were not shy to let that out of your hand. (Just an example, a small one: Miranda and Jacob when talk to each other, they randomly do it in formal and informal speech in the Hungarian text. Then again: this is one of the smallest issues, so go figure.

They did it with Overlord too. They release the trailer at the release date I think, but I am not sure. Or nearly... But yes, I think it is possible.

look back like 2 or 3 pages and you'd know that an assault on bioware HQ is in progress

I bought Cz version, so I dont know how can I obtain ENG version, I think I heard somewhere I can just download a digital deluxe version with my serial or what from my pc version and there I can choose ENG version and play that. But I am not sure. But, I dunno, the DLC will not be avalievable for this location or for the game versions of Central Europe?... Why they just dont give us it, it´s more easier then reinstalling the game or what...

Chill boys/girls. We're getting a whole lot (or at least in my opinion) from them really. Yes EA sucks, but I'm sure this DLC will be epic and worth waiting for.
