I warn people to not be too optimistic for this dlc and Liara's development. It might occur, but if you expect it to, I warn that you will be disappointed.

To be honest, although i'd like to be pleasantly surprised, i'm actually expecting the disapointment.  While ME2 in general and the DLC as a whole have been enjoyable to play, they lack that certain something that the earlier Bioware titles had.

You didn't waste it in my opinion, that expansion pack is great. We still do not have a release date yet, so you have plenty of time for getting the points again.

That's three weapons now that have been seen and don't have a home in any of the announced content. I like armor and all but if they keep following the armor + weapon trend it's gonna be a while before all three weapons are available. It would be nice to have a weapon only pack to get the content out there. Which seeing as how those three weapons look similar is aesthetics they might be part of a pack.

Mhhh...this is pretty much a change in DLC I hope.

Normally only Shepard and the few "DLC-Chars" have new dialoge. Now we have Liara T'Soni too.



Maybe we get some dialoge for the other Squadmates too?

It'll probably be soon, they usually release the DLC within a month or two of its announcement, so most likely August or September like you guessed.  Definitly before the end of the year.

Three squad mates, and Shepard-- this would then imply that Liara is not part of the crew-- given the fact that normally, only two squad mates are ever present in the team?

However, I am still looking forward to this though...



I don't think we'll have Miranda acknowledging Liara vocally though, apart from some form of muted gesture, I can't see this happening. Since celebrities are not known to make additional voice recordings for DLC. Especially, if the previous Mass Effect game is an indication of such.

I'm pretty sure that at the very least the M5 pistol will be in this DLC.  It's been shown a couple times and now we have screenshots of it in use for this DLC.  No rason to assume it'll be excluded is there?

lead gameplay designer said that they won't and that they can't tell where those guns are coming from.  So it might be included in something bigger or something smaller

I dont' care if this expansion sucks or not. We finally get one of the squaddies from the old game back in the story. All I've got to say is "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Why because its LIARA! Now only if we could get some ashley and kaiden time. Then things would start to get really hot! This also coming at a time when I don't have my Xbox 360 right now. Damnit. I guess I'm going to be buying the new one again huh? Bioware you temp me with your evil ways. Just because I love ME so much. Damn you in a good way.

But why in the world owner of collectors edition must DOWNLOAD illegal version of ME2 to be able to play ****ing DLC? What's wrong in the universe?!
