Totally agree. A release date will be more than enough.
Well, if they release a teaser, dont watch it.

The more you want something, the better it tastes when you get it.
Seriously, I ate my Halo 3 disk with some Mountain Dew Game Fuel, and it was DELICIOUS.
Man, I totally imagined you voiced by James Earl Jones, just then. "The plans you refer to will soon be back in our hands."Michael Gamble wrote...

I have seen a lot of people disappointed that the Shadow Broker storyline is not going to be completed in ME3. Personally I like that it is going to be wrapped up in an DLC.
Here's why. Although the Shadow Broker has been present in ME1 and ME2 and certainly with Redemption, you never deal directly with the Shadow Broker. ME3 will have enough trouble wrapping up with Cerberus and the reapers.
This is another topic but since I have kind of strayed into it I will go ahead and mention it. I would like them to wrap up the Quarian/Geth conflict in ME3, not in a DLC. anyway I suppose we will have to wait and see.
I agree. With all the decisions from the first two games, as well as the huge plot going, ME3 is going to be too packed to worry about getting back at the Shadow Broker. I think this is a good choice for a DLC, and something that people are really going to want to buy and play, because of an already-interesting side-story and the inclusion of a popular character (Liara).

sorry to burst your bubble but the reason why those two dont have any diolog on the normandy is beccause the ammount of animation needed for those would take up an insane ammount of HDD space,, if liara is recruitable, highly doubtful, then she will have the same treatment... not that i'm complaining i have a 250 gb HDD

Sorry to burst your bubble but "animation" file if just a few meg and his a lot "cheaper" than audio file.
Animation in 3D is coordonate (writting) in file, and it's not big unless you make vertex_map with 1 500 000 vertice and many keys for an animated object.
Unless texture that require color map, specular mar, normal map, with usualy multy texturing (means, using alpha to mixe them) so, they must be usualy in 32 bit, so without compression.
When you look at the face when they speak, they use a usualy limpsync tech. the mouth (and other animated part like closing eyes etc) are registered in some morph, and then, exploiteted in a certain order in a certain degree (every morph can be morphed together in %).
So it's a work to make the good order with good %, but it's not iinsame ammout of space.
Plus, characters mesh in ME2 don't have enough vertice to make all the point coordonnate make insanne texte file size.

Actually yup Siegdrifa is right. The animation/movement is just a text file. As is most coding. The audio/texture files are what take up all the room

<_<... ok well take a look at conversation with one of the actual crew members. there is a large ammount of audio needed to make having a diolog wheel neccessary, no? i'll try to do alittle math on this but there are some holes so i wont be able to give much of an accurate response... but we can have an inition diolog wheel of two selections, "investigate" and "i got to go" we can probably say there are two audio files for "i got to go" one for the DLC character and one for shepard. the hole i have here is that i'm on the 360 and not the PC so i cant neccessarily look at the size of the different audio files, but we can say that they're atleast alittle over average for that better gaming experience. then for investigate we'd have probably atleast 4 option "question 1," "question 2," "question 3," and "go back." for each of the questions there can be quite a bit of explanation to the answer. then there might be one or two more questions about the explanation you can ask. so again the audio file number for the seperate explanations can varry depending on what the question asked is. and since this is liara we're talking about, a character that was romancable in the first game there will probably be even more diolog interaction for those who did romance her. then there could be the "catfight" that some people are speculating over. liara vs miranda/jack/tali/kelly/garrus/thane/jacob (yes we cannot forget that femshep could also romance liara)
so there actually is a bit of audio that would be required with the last bits being optional under the conditions of if bioware wants to get molotove cocktails thrown through their windows by obsessed insane fanatics who are displeased about not having that.
and for a side note if there was going to be that "catfight" then bioware would have to pay for most of the original squad to come in and do the audio for it, if they didn't record it when they were making the main game. which as been discussed before all over the forums, that costs allot of money..
so can we say that this duel is tied
1-1?
