Since they completely screwed up the character of Liara in ME2, I see no point in getting this DLC. It can only be awful.

i agree that some change would make sense but ME2 LIara :wub:is almost a Totally New character
there is very little ME1 Liara :wub:left

but on the other hand i must agree that it makes for some interesting possibilities

I also like Liara in ME2. It shows how much someone can change in 2 years. Also, Liara was always a little crazy with her"Living alone for close to 50 years hermit life" and her " starts staking you after one mind meld" thing.

Like I said, her change of character doesn't make totally sense, just a bit. Maybe if she 'changed' after Redemption it would have been more believable.
But I'm not one who makes a big deal out of it. I'm no... what is it called? A Liaramancer?

maybe i am wrong but if i'm correct Redemption is set somewhere between ME1 - ME2

it is been a long time since i've read Redemption but still , the huge change doesn't make sense

some parts i can understand but others not at all

You wrong. It takes place a few months after ME2.

She didn't change character. What happened is that we really got to see it now. Do you think that she would still be the same naive Liara after 2 years? She has nothing to study for with the prothens and has to live on her own now with a new purpose. She was always obsessive and good with info. The only difference is that she's angrier now.

Seriously thou, the way Liara acts makes no sense! Why go on a revenge mission for a random ass lying Drell, instead of helping the love of her life on a suicide mission. I feel betrayed! Maybe there's another reason that we don't know yet?
The attitude change doesn't bother me so much

so in a way Liara at Illium is after the events in Redemption and it still doesn't everything make sence

to a certain degree it does

but lets hope it will all become clear after the LotSB DLC

i expect things will be making a lot more sense then

The revenge mission is also for you, not only for that Drell.
