Yeah, I think it assumes you've been shot even if Garrus didn't shoot you. I managed to get him to shoot me on my 3rd and 4th playthrough's. All you need to do is stand in front of the building he's in for a few seconds -- just before you meet with Cathka.scyphozoa wrote...

Right, but they could make a DLC that is interchangable between Ashley and Kaidan.

No offence, but I think people are reading too much into the "unknown sniper" thing.
Having just skimmed through the comics it's pretty obvious that it's a Cerberus sniper. Cerberus want :wub:Liara:wub: to help them find Shepard, so they take out the mercs trying to stop her.
A few pages later Feron says to her, while talking about Cerberus:
"...Would they weep if Shepard were a dead Hanar, or a Krogan, like the one they used for target practice back there?"
So I think it's pretty clear that it's Cerberus.

The lamest part about that was I actually got hit by him twice at the same time and I died!! Like an automatic death for just standing there - it was rare, but seriously uncalled for. LAME....

Where do you get that implication from the hidden dialogue? In the "hidden dialogue" all we get is her leaving with you, 1 line where she talks to the Shadow Broker(which I'd say is all that's left of the mission dialogue) the post mission briefing, and then why the collectors wanted you. All of which came from a hacked game. All or none of that dialogue may appear within the DLC. There's plenty of unused audio, none of it indicates anything more then the fact they were pondering the notion of finishing some of the story lines in the main game. I'd say we'll likely need to do a sidequest first, which will either require her quests to be finished(earliest point, no doubt about it) or a finished game(This is more likely considering how Bioware talked about doing Bridge DLC between the two games)DaBigDragon wrote...

Probably not. There are hidden Liara audio files where she talks about the quests as if they weren't done AFTER the Shadow Broker is dead. So it doesn't seem they will be required to do before the DLC.
. As to the "unknown sniper" it talks as if it is a sniper from cerberus, but then it could be a supprise aswell, 
. Bioware, is there anychance of a possibility of saying if your gonna have info on tuesday for press conference for gamescon? any chance of a nod atleast please?
