rage?  really?  I'm sorry but anyone who is raging over the fact that something was announced and wasn't immediately presented to them in a nice little package is one of two things: impatient and/or spoiled.  We waited about a month for Overlord, go find something else to do to keep your mind off LotSB.

I still cant believe people are still fighting the console wars "Mass Effect cant go on PS3 cuz PS3 is stupid and I cant afford one" and vice versa I mean there are **** fests on every console it would be perfect if every game was multi PC Xbox PS3 and so fort the only reason there are exlusives is that corporate people (for lack of a better term these creatures are less then dirt in my opinion take Udina for example) are gready and game developers are stuck with those money hoggers.Keep this Udina poo poo out of the Liara or I will type another comment even longer then this one

At best most of your pc's could probably barely handle a game like Crysis. My laptop runs circles around it let alone my desktop. However, there's no way I would prefer to play on a 17"-22" screen or have to hook it up to my large hdtv and use a keyboard & mouse for 50hrs of RPG play time. Sorry. Is the keyboard & mouse easy to use? Yes. Grandma's can use it, there is little skill involved. However, once you "master" a controller it is MUCH more comfortable for playing long games. The future = consoles which in turn are now computers specifically designed for gaming & entertainment. The reason it takes longer to release dlc, etc.. on consoles isn't just coding.. it's quality assurance. A lot of content released on the pc only are often broken much more so than when there's a multi-platform release and get many, MANY updates. Both Microsoft & Sony would prefer to limit all of those bugs by putting a process in place, not to ****** off customers.  Stop the crying over spilled milk.

fyi:  I play pc games, ps3 games, xbox 360 games, wii games, etc.. I'm a fan of gaming in general and choose to buy a game for a particular platform over the other based on personal preference not by being limited whether in hardware and/or due to unnecessary fanboy-ism.

Yes console controllers are so superior that you do not even need to aim, the game does it for you. Really hard to master.

I'm pretty sure BioWare have never explicitly stated that the Shepard trilogy will not come to the PS3. Mass Effect 1 maybe, but not since EA purchased them.

FPS are better on the PC true, but not all games are shooters, hack n slah and beat em ups as well as fighting games and 3person overall work better on a controller. IMO

Pointing and clicking can be done by a chimp, oh so hard to do.    Play MW2, there's no aim-assist online only during the campaign and almost everyone who knows what they are doing take it off because it screws you up.   You probably have very little experience on both sides of the fence.

Here is the only legit test done with a gamer using a 360 controller and the other using a keyboard & mouse playing versus one another in Halo 2 for the PC (keep in mind, the Halo series was originally designed as a PC game before Microsoft bought Bungie):

This isn't a crappy gamer vs a crappy gamer, two gamers both great at what they do and just in case you don't have IGN insider and can't read the description for yourself, the guy with the controller destroyed the keyboard/mouse and there was no aim-assist, it was for the PC.   Read it for yourself.

lol @ thinking pointing & clicking takes any form of skill.. trust me, I've played counter strike, cod1 & 2, moh:aa, bf2, unreal tournament 1999 2003 and 2004, etc.. all for the PC.    Nowadays however, things have changed.   Almost all games allow you to tweak your settings including the sensitivity of the axis'.   However with all of my years gaming as a PC gamer including competitively, I never considered myself a "pc" gamer or a "console" gamer.   Just someone who likes video games regardless but that won't hold me back from pointing out the obvious to those who fail to see it for themselves.   =)
