It was good back in the day, but they've pushed it too much.

I'm not sure the SB would use something as searchable as a planet.  Using moveable, hideable space stations seems to be his style - similar to Cerberus.  If there is any planet hopping, it will be in looking for clues to get to the SB lair.

I really like the idea of hunting the SB through a convoluted series of ridiculous worlds/stations under horrendously extreme conditions. 

It would be fun to have some timed spots similar to the "broken arrow"  N7 mission - a self destruct part if you will.
