Some might suspect, that since we want you all to buy it and stuff, we would give you some details, screens, a date, etc before it is launched to help you make up your minds if you want to buy it or not. Still, I am not in charge of release dates and the schedule I have could change.

I am glad you want more information and when we are ready to give it to you, you will see it. I can't tell you when it'll come (as I said, I'm not in charge), but I think you'll like it when you see it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't there little/almost no information regarding the Overlord pack following it's announcement until it was put up on the store?

Yes, their favourite "Stay tuned" line just sucks. Stay tuned for what? It is just stupid to announce something, go silent for a month and then release it at once. I often wonder what brilliant mind is behind this strategy.

We had like 3 or 4 screenshots. Of geth with the VI effects on them. That was it, we got a trailer on release day.

Yes but we have had 3 screen shots of the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC so there is little difference between this and the Overlord pack (except that this is seemingly  much more anticipated ofcourse)

Well rampant speculation and wanting answers has certainly kept people coming to this thread.

Like half the thread is about Central Europe problem, the other half is off topic about Liara, consoles, EA and other stuff. The DLC itself is not the main theme - no surprise given there is nothing to discuss.

Ok?? As if I didn't know that. Someone above asked who's "in charge" of the forums. Priestly is the community coordinator. Therefore it's him. He has no say on the release date, but if you read his statement he has a schedule, and comments that it can change. So he knows the release date, it's just that Bioware isn't ready to announce it for whatever reason.

It will come out when it comes out. No amount of begging, complaining, speculating or threats will change that. We can either be civil and wait or move on to other things. I don't mind waiting personally. I just hope that in the future there will be additional DLC for things like more missions, weapons packs and costumes.
