If the weapons in the screenshots hint to anything, it looks like this will be good DLC with some meat to it. I always enjoy an ever-expanding collection of things that go Boom!
Weapons aren't from the DLC.

Curses! Was this stated somewhere earlier in the forum? Or did they say those are going to be in a different DLC pack?

As a side note, if the Liara romance gets a part in this DLC, then hopefully that means that there'll also be Kaidan/Ash DLC, to keep things fairly even.

[/quote*Looks at Cerberus Network card, then pulls out $20* I'll take that action. I'll put my money on Cerberus Network, which is ironic now that I think about it...:bandit:

Was coming to the decision not easy? You should not take such a decision! This is outrageous! I am Hungarian. You had us for a sucker onceMichael Gamble wrote...

Believe me, we tried to make it work for these languages. DA was able to release English DLC for these localized versions of the game, but that isn't the case for us. On the Mass Effect side, it isn't as simple. By allowing the players of these versions to use the English DLC, there would be large scale changes to the main-game player experience. We didn't want to sacrifice the quality of the main game, and tried to work around this in various ways. In the end, unfortunately, we were unable to come to a solution which allowed us to release this content in these territories and keep the same level of quality from the main game.
I'd like to personally apologize to anyone in these regions who are dissapointed, and please know that it wasn't an easy decision to make.
already, when you did not localize the Pinnacle Station, but now we do not even play? Thank you very much! You saddened more
million players and infuriated. I am a great fan of Mass Effect, and I was able to say good things about the Bioware only till now. But not now.

You know, Michael - maybe you should pass the word up that you should then *not localize ME3 in these regions* if you don't intend to properly support it post release. There's plenty of cases where players in these regions have been able to "tweak" the game to use English VO with on previous DLC and I doubt that will change. The difference will of course be that these people will not go to BioWare when they want to get ahold of the DLC EXE file. I hope you realize what you're setting in motion here - and that's not a threat or anything, it's simple analysis based on pre-existing conditions.

Many people here (myself included) are expecting some additional dialogs if you dumped Liara for Tali/Miri/Jack, but I'm 90% sure this is NOT going to happen because that would require re-hiring voice actresses for this DLC. That would make it very heavy on BioWare's wallet. So unless they charge 20+ bucks for this DLC, there will be no profit for them.
So it seems that one of the most exiting mysteries of ME universe will be uncovered through just another just-shoot-them-all-and-go-home mission.
But I might be wrong. I sure hope so. =)

You did't dump Liara, you cheated on her.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:
Buy games on STEAM!
You can change your game's language at any given moment with just few clicks. That makes it compartible with any DLCs.
As for console players... well... I don't know. =)

She deserved it, she obviously didn't value her relationship with Shepard at all, or at least that's how it seems to me from my current playthrough.kraidy1117 wrote...

Unless of course they are working on ME3 now and still have some of these people on contract?

If the four countries get a regional IP lock for the DLC, then buying the game on Steam won't help... Someone from BioWare should tell us more about this issue, because maybe there is an easy solution for everyone to play with the new DLC, in these countries, but they haven't told us anything about it, yet (besides they want to protect our game experience by not releasing the DLC in these countries...) And by the way "not releasing" scares us, and makes us thinking there will be some kind of lock on the DLC... I hope this isn't true... A warning would be enough which informs us how we can still play the DLC if we bought our games in one of "the four countries".

We don't know whether we're playing in the DLC in the future.

At a guess I'd assume I'd be through my current playthrough by the time these come out, but I nonetheless await both these DLCs with baited breath.
I'll play Starcraft 2 in the mean time
