What I'm trying to figure out is, if those other places already got Overlord and Kasumi, then why can't they get Lair of the Shadow Broker? That's why I'm asking how was the DLC handled in those places.

I don't know.

Also, why aren't other non-English versions affected?  German, French, Italian, etc.

everything is working . NO problems with any DLC.

I can tell you why because our dubbings suck, thats why even our gaming magazines say buy the english version
of the game. Also Amazon.uk has high export rate towards Germany, French, Spain etc.
and also every piece of violence gets censored over here that is another reason why we are creating American or British accounts.

an interesting ability to add to liara would be the ability dual wield two pistols, SMGs, or one of each. Perhaps a bladed weapon or a new unique biotic ability.

I am very, very disappointed. I've bought Kasumi and Overlord and now I won't be able to play newest DLC.
