What if these mid-european gamers switch the game language to english? Will there still be large scale changes to the main-game? 
Idk, but this sounds like a bunch of horsecrap to me. And all this info is a little bit vague.

And after all, this is bad for you for a number of reasons.
Like giving up potential profits. You do realize that people are willing to pay for this and support you with thier money, right? And you probably also realize that if they can't pay for the content, they will simply get it for "free". In a way you are supporting piracy just like any piece of region locked media out there.
And once again you are giving yourself a bad name not just among your mid-european but global ME fans. First the epic (US only) community event, now this. You sure know how to ****** of your fanbase. And your global fanbase is one of the reasons BioWare is what it is today. I don't think you guys appreciate this quite enough.

I personally don't have a problem with this issue because I have a UK version of the game, but tens of thousands of gamers will. So, work your magic and get this DLC available (localized or not) for these 4 countries. 
I mean it is totally up to you wheater you want to get paid for your work or "give away your content for free".

BW, we are still waiting... And I hope you have better excuses this time ..

AFAIK, we dont know details like price or release date. Those are things announced close to the actual launch.

I think well have to wait at least one month - there are going to be some another (smaller) DLCs released prior the Lair of the Shadowbroker.

Pfft, you only care so much because the DLC is Liara centric, or you wouldn't be making such a fuss.
But then again, seeing as this DLC could be important to ME3's storyline, the crime of holding it back is much worse then not releasing say, Overlord or Kasumi, to a certain group of countries.

Looks cool. But, will there ever be anymore dlc released on Cerberus Network? Cause, I was looking forward to the Cerberus Network since, due to reasons I'd rather not explain involving financial troubles, I have money, but no credit card or other means of paying for online stuff. Just kind of annoying.

Free stuff via Cerberus Network was nothing more than Bioware/Corporate mambo-jambo spreading to attract as many customers as possible but now those days are over and Free CN is dead.



*Sigh...* I doubt that we get anything from Bioware chickens before monday... and it's made me really sad to see that racist approach to Poland and rest affected countries did win in EA...

Hungarian here. it's a little confusing. The box and the manual are all english, and on the discs it says EA International. However, the installation is in polish/czech/slovakian/hungarian(you can choose wich one you want). So I'm guessing that it was indeed made by EA Poland.

a) if you have PC, you can download international english version from EA

you can always grab pirated version for either PC or console as well as the DLC



That means, you are not losing anything, EA/BioWare are losing money.
