I am seriously of the opinion that if
EA/Bioware/whoever could do something about this, and fix it, then they
would. Why the hell wouldn't they? Are some of you trying to tell me
they WANT to lose customer's trust/respect? Customers in general? And,
the biggest factor for them, of course, customer's money? I can't
honestly agree with anyone who thinks this is 'poor show' on their
behalf, because they have obviously exhausted every path and window of
opportunity - they are the biggest losers in this situation. Sure, some
people won't be able to get the DLC, but they can carry on living. EA
lose money - the only reason they still exist.
I think, more
often than not, people are more than happy to point the finger, without
seriously thinking about it. EA don't gain ANYTHING as a result of this -
so why the hell would they instigate it?
They lose not only money, they lose more important thing - the customer.
I won’t buy anything anymore from them, (EA Poland, because for me they
are responsible for this mess), and will be extremely happy when they
become bankrupt!

They clearly said they could do it but they won't, here is what they said :-
We didn't want to sacrifice the quality of the main game, and tried to work
around this in various ways. In the end, unfortunately, we were unable
to come to a solution which allowed us to release this content in these
territories and keep the same level of quality from the main game.
So in other words they found a way to release the content in these territories but because it didn't keep the "same level of quality as the main game" they aren't going to do it. If you ask me I would say refusing to release the DLC to ME gamers not only reduces the quality of ME 2 but seriously degrades the quality of ME 3 for those affected.
But what does it mean excatly?! What they mean by "same level of quality"? It can by anything and everything. All the speculation about localization as the main problem are only our theories. Huge group of players from those 4 countries played the game in english, so our native languages have little to do with it!
But all the time i stress the bigger problem! I want to know HOW MANY DLC WONT BE AVAILABLE FOR US BECAUSE OF "TECHNICAL ISSUES". How many plot elements we will miss because of this? If they fear that "our game experience wont be the same", then while doing such things as this, the ME 3 experience will be fu**ed up and this is much bigger concern!
Thanks BIO and EA...thanks...
This way or another, i WILL play all the DLC, if they force me to go pirate, than i will.
