First of all, when this game was available through pre-order, it was announced that language version could be chosen freely. On the day of release everyone (at least in Poland) were screwed, without the sweet talk.

Sorry but it wasn't supposed to. Someone had a question and I answered. I really feel sorry for you guys. Being an Australian, I get used to being left out of many promotions, getting my games censored and even completely banned from us (like the entire Xbox Live Indie Games system (I really wanted I MADE A GAME WITH ZOMBIES IN IT!))

But keep fighting, sadly theres not much I can do to persuade them aside from joining the struggle.

I thought that publisher is EA... not CD Projekt... how it is possible then, that CDP is official publisher, and there is no information about it in the game? The company that distributes the game usually has their logo implemented in the game (like EA while starting ME 2)

And what is more, we have to create/log into EA account, not CDP

Oh please. Anger is flaring, but let's not start banging on about court cases.

I mean, what would such a case be? Bioware is a private company. They can choose to release their products where ever they wish. They don't have some legal obligation to release in certain countries...

[B]BW needs to take action to help us get LOSB DLC not just say "sorry" GIVE US NOT LOCALISED-ENGLISH VERSION OF THE DLC FOR GOD'S SAKE!

Good luck getting a case together based around that law. This is an expansion to a game, for pete's sake, not bloomin' food and water.

Look, being a non-eastern European with a perfectly acceptable grasp of english, there's only so much I can empathise with my eastern european comrades on this, but I do so nonetheless. It's a bad situation, no doubt about it, and for the life of me, I can't figure out why they can't just release the engish version over there.

But talk of legal challenges is nonsense.

Yes, CD Projekt was ME 1 not ME 2 publisher... My solem mistake for which i apologize... and maybe that's why EA can so easy screw mid_Europe???
