I've just read an article on CVG, Jarrett Lee has stated this will be the most satisfying DLC release, also saying the coolest feature within the DLC will never be revealed via marketing so as not to ruin the surprise....sounds interesting

indeed, that's why Europe is rushing so hard to BW comment on the matter-we don't want to be missed on BEST DLC SO FAR

Frankly, we know nothing about this DLC except the title and the fact Liara is involved.

Hey Marcin, I'm sorry, I was totally unaware of the major issues surrounding the release of the DLC to Eastern Europe. I've looked briefly into it and I'm somewhat shocked...what does this mean? No DLC for this region??? I think thats apalling and I'm somewhat surprised that they have 'given up' so to speak

Lemme say that again - we (community, players, everyone but creators) know nothing yet. But I guess we're welcome to speculate: I don't see why it wouldn't be possible to play after complete game.

No details as yet, just speculation at this point.
In my eyes it makes sense to place it before the final battle, only due to the fact that Shep doesn't get closure from Liara in any form after the completion of her missions, not even a "Good luck! Try not to die!"

That's guesswork. Some of the fans around are... how can I put that, enraged? If you're speaking of those who want it "nao", I think they should act like they always do while waiting for the new DLC - I can't say I'm not excited at all, I'd really like to know more
But if you mean those who won't be able to play it at all... expect some of brainless flame.
