Minor Spoilers

I looked round in the forum and i didnt see this posted or could have missed it, if i did, im sorry. I just started playing DA: O again after getting all of the available DLC except for Awakening. I started a new Dwarf Commoner story and played through till the proving. After the proving i was arrested, and thrown in a cell. When i went to get my inventory out of the chest, i was missing 2 important items. The Battledress of the Provocateur and my Blood Dragon Plate. I did not sell both items because i was going to be using them for a while. I am a little frustrated because i like this character but am a little bummed about losing out on being able to at least use the Battledress. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Redownload the Leliana's Song and Blood Dragon DLC and see if that works.

Ok i just did that and no go. I uninstalled the DLC, all of them actually, and reinstalled all of them reloaded it reinstalled all the updates and nothing. Im really bummed cause i was gonna use the battledress. >.<

Are you sure you didn't sell them? Check your inventory when Duncan recruits you after you end up in the encampment if its not there just redo the origin and it will be there that time... hopefully

I know i didnt sell them because i never even went to a merchant, no point till you hit ostagar, and it was when i got arrested. My inventory was empty after i got arrested, then i went to get my items from the chest after i broke out, and all it had was my starting armor a little bit of money and a few potions. No DLC armor, i checked again after i saw the cutscenes and hit Ostagar, after seeing they really werent there i havent done anything with that character. Its weird i have one of each origin character and it only happened with the dwarf commoner.

Maybe you should delete the DLC for both, do the story over so you go through with it before the DLC items hit your bag get to ostagar and download them again...

Or maybe BioWare should just fix it, since patch 1.04 needs to be redeployed anyway. This bug was corrected months ago but got undone by a subsequent patch.

Still happens after 1.04.



I got to keep The Edge, but the Dragon Armor, Blightblood and the Battledress vanished.

I was just victimized by this same glitch. I looked and looked and found this topic about my very problem only to find no solution other than to start over and pray it doesn't happen again. >.< Uh, BioWare, little help???

Unfortunately you just have to restart and try again, or do as mentioned above, delete the content, do the story, then redownload after you get to Ostagar.  No more patches or title updates are going to happen.
