if i put my game in will i be prompted to download it have the original core so will it effect me.

more importantly will it show up im about to rebuy the game and so forth so im just curious

When you enter your disc you can choose not to accept, then you'll be signed out of live and you'll play without patches, works either way.

what im asking is did they remove the patch so that i can allow the other patches to patch my game? so like patch 1.03 but not 1.04

Xbox Live doesn't work like that. You get whatever the latest patch is on their server.

Bioware stated yesterday that they spoke with Microsoft, and that it should be taken from their server. If this happened or not i cant tell.

I've read that dex/daggers are fixed. How about Bow damage and pickpocketing? The patch notes dosen't mention if the pickpocket fix is for both the PC and Xbox. Was it really that hard to put up seperate patch notes for consoles? Just so we know what issues are fixed.

Hello, we very unfortunately had to rollback the existing patch that was out there due to complications that arose with the latest title update operating on Xbox 360 Slim and some Xbox 360 Elite systems. This rollback has been completed, so any title update that Xbox LIVE prompts you to execute is now the working 1.03 title update.

A word of warning: if you take a look at Victor's announcement thread above, sadly savegames made while the 1.04 title update was released may not load.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We're still working with Microsoft to try and resolve the issues occurring with the other Xbox 360 consoles, and when that's done we can then re-release the 1.04 title update.

i made the guy around 230 today, was the patch taken off by then 1.04. Im playing him right now just fine also while i was in the forest collecting darkspawn blood for the initiation quest i got a update for the roll back
