Hi,

I've purchased the Digital edition through Steam.

I have not seen any of the extra content. My steam client says that I have the game key, deluxe game key and bonus content.

I've just reached the stage in the game where the trader-dwarves want help, and I'm offered digital content to find out what's going on - at a price. I thought I'd already paid for this, and in spite of registering with this site and the EA website, nothing has changed.

I'm now wondering why I paid more for the game in order to receive bonus material - I was paying in advance so I wouldn't have to bother with all of this. So far it apparently consists of sigining up with multiple websites for no reason.

If you want people to spend extra money on content that, frankly, you're being cheeky charging for in the first place, you're going to have to a) make it simpler and B) make it *fun*. People aren't prepared to spend money finishing your bug-testing for you.

Just visiting this website with a help FAQ on DLC (that I shouldn't really have to reading) that appears longer than my arm doesn't fill me with glee either.

Is a refund possible via steam? I'm thinking I might buy the game again....when it's finished and working.

Ah, so now I've established that I have to register the code in order to download the extra stuff. Silly me for not knowing how things work without a single screen advising me how I'm supposed to enable stuff that should be auto-enabled anyway (must cost money to implement, I guess).

Now that I've already been playing for two days, I feel so much better knowing that the extra stuff I thought I was buying to make the beginning easier wasn't actually present.

Back to Arkham Asylum, I guess.

sorry your having this problem. i never even heard of this game till i saw it on steam and i dont use steam much just have 1 game that required it (dawn of war 2) and i bought that from a store. Dragons Age was my very first digital game purchase. it was fairly easy to figure out how to get my dlc content i had it before i ever started a character
