I recently purchased some Bioware points using my paypal account. While authorizing it took over five minutes with no progress so I did something I know you're not supposed to but impatience got the better of me... I hit back and tried again. As a result I got charged twice for the same transaction. Tried going through Paypal to rectify the situation but they said I have to do it through retailer. Problem is, there's no link I could find on the Bioware site to help with points purchases, and the EA store doesn't have any record of points on my account. I would like a refund or the points I paid for, either would be fine by me.

Yeah thanks, I kinda found that after I posted. But there should be a link directly to that at the buy points page to avoid similar confusion.

Bought some downloads and now when I try to play my saved game it tells me that the owner of the premium downloaded material must log in to load the saved game...I am logged in according to the lower left corner of the screen. What am I doing wrong?
