I recently purchased Mass Effect 2 on Steam and got a game key and Cerberus key.

When I start the game the Cerberus laptop activates and lists various DLC.

However, when I try to redeem the code at http://social.bioware.com/redeem
I get the error message:

"Unable to redeem code.

That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again. "

And I'm unable to download any of the free DLC (Zaeed and such) and Zaeed does not appear to be at Omega.

How might I go about remedying this?
