Dain Aeducan didn't kill him. He pretty much knew what was happening by that point and saw no purpose in killing him. Plus, it would make him look bad.

Well in my defense I was honestly going WTF! and was too suprised.
Honestly though, killing him does not help your case at all.

Katriana stabbed him and would have done it as many times as possible until he bled out. If I'm going down I'm taking them down with me! If only we could also stab Frandlin Ivo...

That's my version of what she looks like. It's kind of pathetic to be annoyed at a video game character that doesn't even have a name or any screentime.

You know, I've actually never killed him. Usually when I redo the origin, I stop at the Deep Roads section because the Deep Roads are annoying and I can't kill Frandlin Ivo. In my version of events, however, the scout is dead when he makes one too many cracks and insults the shield of Aeducan way before finding Trian's body.

Not at all since my dwarf used the scout as battle fodder. However, my mentally unstable dwarf took it personally. He had anger issues that one did.

First time playing with mods when I got the game on PC. To be honest I am not very skilled at creating realistic PCs so sometimes I intentionally make ugly characters for fun.

Well, he makes the exact same wow for eternal love to the male DN.

I started a Dwarf Commoner origin recently, and it was quite fun... but I still can't really break away from my current City Elf yet. I actually think that the Commoner has a better story than the Noble, myself...

Speaking of which, since Paragons technically override the assembly and the king. Can a Paragon go against the law and not be punished for it? Can a Paragon force people to marry him / her?

Burkel is a surface dwarf who seems intent on living there. They just technically have no caste (but are regarded as better than 'brands') which could make it complicated but I'm sure they'll work something out.
