Since you're a human in DA2 I don't really care if there's a dwarf love interest because I don't really like dwarf/non-dwarf pairings so I wouldn't romance them.

I'm the biggest dwarf fan? That's news to me.

And I wouldn't have a problem with a dwarf LI, I just wouldn't romance them and that would make me sad and resent Hawke's annoying human-status even more.

As I once told my mother when she tried to pull the same bull**** on me and force me to get a drivers license so that she could exploit me: "**** off."

She screamed for hours, days even. But I didn't relent.

I still don't have a driver's license to this day. As long as you don't take a stand, they will continue using you.

Then again...I live with my brother who can't be arsed to cook or clean the dishes, so yeah GG for me.

My mother tried scaring me the same way...when I left it was on my own accord, not her choice.

idk, depends. I'm weird with characters, never know what sex I will roll first. I used to hide behind male characters in MMOs, kinda rubbed off on me on single player. DA cured me of that with my Aeducan and my Brosca

Eh, many here seem to have family problems. I would almost say my family is perfect.

I get on with my family. We all rent a house somewhere near the beach and go on holiday twice a year. I will say I get better on them all visiting then living with them though.

...Does anyone have a happy family in the game? Cousland perhaps, but they die, Tabris your dead Mother is sort of a ghostly figure, Dalish they're dead through tradegy... I suppose as a mage you can RP anything, but, you're still seperated.

And we all know about Brosca and Aeducan...

Oh, I don't have family problems. I just refuse to be bull****ed around by them, in all else we get along just fine. My brother and I have an agrement: I cook, he pays some extra cash for the bills, works well.

Except for my father, he better pray he and I never meet face to face again.

Not much....getting stuff out of Tarsonis and creating a military force to combat the Zerg.

The missions are getting ****ing insane now though. As in trying to Protoss Colossus and High Templars with sodding Marines/Maruaders/Medics/Goliaths sort of thing. I am getting owned badly.

And Knight, that's an exception to the rule . I seriously get along just fine with everyone else, even those I had shouting matches in the past with.

I usually RP that my mages have a similar experience to Jowan prior to going to the tower.

I tower over my father in terms of height (185 cm to 170), and yet not once did I dare raise my voice in his presence or look him directly in the eye if he is angry. He's an excellent father.

Well then you are lucky. My mother divorced him and he took off with about 10.000 Euros after the trial because he apparently won triple the money he brought in the house and was able to prove that in court.

My problems aren't really serious, I don't think. My mother just never really leaves her room and hates me while my dad doesn't really care what she does. It's really more annoying than anything else.

Bad news...in my little brother's playthrough (DN so it is on topic) he's only finished one of the main quests but he's already decided he's goint to kill Loghain because he doesn't want Alistair to throw a fit and leave the party.

That's got to be one of the shallowest reasons I've ever heard for someone to do that. Then again, he is ten so he probably shouldn't even be playing in the first place...
