Soignee said that she hates stories with a saintly Brosca as she thinks they wouldn't live long enough for Duncan to recruit them. I have seen some of those stories. They remind me of Pollyanna.Kryyptehk wrote...

Whhhaaaatttt????
How in the world to you leap from Brosca to Pollyanna? The nicest my Broscas get is showing some sign of remorse if they kill someone that didn't totally deserve it.

But he had an open weak spot for his sister, and yes mother even. I played DA as his redemption story and loved it. Sad that he took the US route.

I didn't mean "you" as in "Sarah", I meant "you" as in "anyone who is not me". I don't read enough DA fanfiction to know those stories. I mostly read self-cest (-ahem- Sandtigress) and other weird stuff....or K!meme

I read every Aeducan story out there which explains why I have such strong Alistair/Aeducan issues. I do it to myself, I know, but there's so little out there...Kryyptehk wrote...

My Aeducan allowed Alistair to break up with her after she married Alistair to Anora and left for Orzammar after defeating the AD. She then fought with Bhelen a lot about...well, everything. Then she met a nice dwarf man, settled down as a politician (what she always wanted to be) and until I know more about the Warden's story, that's what she will be doing until her Calling.

I know she's disenchanted with the Grey Wardens though, and after Awakenings ****s off to Antiva. PTSD to the max, baby!

I only kbnow how Missa's story goes until sher gets to Antiva. Once she's done there, I've no clue. I don't even know if she stays with Zevran; there's is a rather exhausting relationship. They never talk about the things that need talking about and avoid Issues.

My Tabris stayed with Alistair until he broke up with her after the Landsmeet and rebounded with Zevran (who had about cared deeply about her) and later went to Antiva with him. She wrote letters to Alistair for a year before realizing she was genuinely in love with Zevran, and the only thing keeping her from truly committing to him was her love for Alistair. So they visited Denerim, Tabris and Alistair had a long, painful discussion and Tabris settled down with Zevran...as much as two rogues can settle down when they never stay in one spot.
Tabris is the only one of my Wardens (besides Neve
Yes, I do come up with long stories for characters I don't even finish. Don't make fun of me lol

like everyone assuming Antiva=Italy thanks to "si, amore" that Zevran says.
Well, there's also a Rialto mentioned, which is kind of major. Ignacio and Cesar have Italian accents. The emphasis on assassins and intrigue is par for the course in most fantasy versions of Renaissance Italy (I'm partial to 7th Sea's "Vodacce" for instance).
And there's this:
David Gaider wrote...
Yes, Antiva is a fictionalized
version of a medieval Italian city-state like Venice. It's not a perfect
comparison by any means, but then none of the Thedas nations are meant
to be. They're inspired by real-world history, but that's where it
remains.
No, we did not use an Italian accent for Antiva.
And
marioflag is half-right in that the original name for Antiva was
Calabria. But only because we liked the sound of it. If there are any
further similarities between the real Calabria and the Antiva that we
have now it's purely coincidental.
So no, it's not bang-on Italy but there's a lot of influence there.

Also Alistair giving him the death stare for sparing Loghain, and Anora making him parade around drove him crazy. So off Bob went to Orlasis with leliana, Zevran, and Dog.

...I write a comic about Missa in Antiva as well as her story and draw fanart. I can't make fun of anyone. Ever. Oh yeah. K!meme fills too, I did those too. (Not anymore, too much to do.)
I actually kind of prefer that Tabris (whose name I can't even remember) over my two canons, but I didn't get time to get attached to her before I quit playing DA.
Bolana Aeducan would probably be my dwarven canon though.

*Missa has neat handwriting and writes in a very straight line
*Is infertile and was even before she was a Warden
*Loathes dressing up, but does have an eye for decent, well made things even if they end up looking plain and boring. Refuses to show off her body, but will flirt with you at the drop of a hat if she likes you in that way.
*Can't draw very well, or play a musical instrument, or even sing. But is patient enough to restring a necklace and can do fiddly, time consuming things like braiding
*fascinated by maps and spends a fair chunk of money on them.
*collects books abour stargazing and the paraphenalia that comes with it
WHY DO I KNOW THIS NONSENSE, WHY IS IT IN MY HEAD
