What do you mean? That it's the same situation with the Asari? If dwarves ever got down to, say, 5000 total on the planet I'd think they needed species-saving measures too but as far as we know it's not nearly that bad.soignee wrote...

I personally don't like it but I'm not about to tell other people who they can and can't sleep with while the population crisis the dwarves are facing isn't that desperate.soignee wrote...
SO GUIS WHAT DO WE THINK ABOUT DWARVES IS IT OKAY FOR THEM TO HAVE AN INTERRACIAL RELATIONSHIP AS I AM ALL FOR THAT AMIRITE
Same thing, tbh.

With Bhelen on the throne I think things will turn around for Orzamar hopefully.

Oh, and Raynor's new fleet after freeing every Dominion prisoner on the highest security world.

Is Star Craft 2 really hard on a PC or can a year or two old one run it Costin?
I got 2GB Dual Core, 3GB 500 MB DDR2, and XFX 9600 GT as graphics card...and I can run it on max settings with almost no problem WITH fraps on.
With it turned off, my fps is 60, np.

I wasn't talking about GW in particular as far as 'if the dwarves have an attack on Orzammar that takes out most of their populatoin' goes. I just don't like doing a dwarf/non-dwarf couple and so I don't think too much about my DC/Alistair (they break up) or my Morrigan/DNM/Leliana (also ends with him single) and my DNF just stays single once Gorim dumps her.mousestalker wrote...
The population decline is irrelevant as regards to whomever a gray warden beds. Once you're a gray warden, you're effectively outside of the reproduction lottery. If you were a dwarf hating human gray warden (but why would anyone hate dwarves?) you might actively seek out dwarves as romantic partners, for example.

If I was a dwarf, I would be against the idea. That's a main reason why Dain freaked out at the idea of doing th DR with Morrigan, so had Alistair do it.
I prefer diversity and less mixing, but that's just me.

As a point of interest - I have seen this discussed before but am not sure if I saw a final answer - can dwarves reproduce with other species? We know elves can with humans but I wonder about other mixes. Calling them race isn't really right is it? Should it be species?

Well, the ritual with Morrigan supposedly works, so yes they can. And developers already said that human+dwarf=> half dwarf, while elf+ any species=> any species.
Ah groovy - of course. /slaps own head.
I must say though - it offends my sense of logic for that to be so. Unless all the 'races' on Thedas have the same basic genetic code (if that's the right term).

Well, elves and dwarves have yet to try mating enough to prove that, but I'm 99% sure that that is the case.
*continues hoping that Qunari can't breed with other races*
