@Gilsa; Thanks, Mabryn sounds interesting, though I'll keep looking for something I can pull a nickname out of. (Bryn does have an acceptable ring to it though... hmmm, might just work as a nickname after all)

Another idea you can try is looking up German names. I don't have the link handy, but dwarves were originally slated to have German accents and DG had a post about how their names were supposed to be harsh sounding and gave a few German names as an example.

That sounds like my last two weeks.

Good luck with RL. I'm just working on this story right now, though its kind of late'where I live, because I work most of the day and don't have the time otherwise.

And, of course, there is the incessant stream of ideas that just DOES NOT STOP while I am at work and causes all sorts of problems, like almost falling behind.

Ah well, at least I managed to handle everything well so far.
